With over three decades of organizational experience, I’m ready to help you win.
I earned my Master of Accountancy and B.S. in Business Administration – Accounting from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. After graduation, I worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, and have since worked in a wide variety of accounting and finance functions at US West and Xcel Energy.
I am a credentialed CPA and CGMA with over three decades of experience navigating the corporate world as a financial professional and team leader.
I teach MBA and executive education courses at the Daniels College of Business and The University of Denver, allowing me to understand and collaborate with professionals at all career levels.
These experiences allow me to see that great companies are built by great leaders. And great leadership doesn’t happen by accident. It requires an intentional path, the desire to succeed, and the determination to overcome the Development Gap.
